How much is delivery?

Delivery is free to residential addresses in the contiguous United States. Heavy items come off the truck by liftgate at your curb or driveway.

When will my order ship?

Orders leave our Dallas warehouse within 1–2 business days. You get a tracking link by email once the freight carrier picks it up.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to start a return. Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection.

What does the warranty cover?

Equipment carries a 3-year warranty on parts, with phone support from our team for setup and troubleshooting.
